Goals and strategies

Service Line Spine shall experience rapid growth through both acquisitions and start-ups, and by cultivating organic growth in existing clinics.  Good profitability shall be achieved by providing highly specialised spine surgery and rehabilitation where the patient's quality of life and potential for movement and work can be improved.

So far, Service Line Spine's primary focus has been the Nordic region. However, the strategy is to continue to accumulate knowledge of various healthcare systems around Europe and, based on this information, target a number of markets for further expansion. The spinal surgery area in Sweden has a highly developed system for gathering various forms of follow-up data, and it is an important strategy for Service Line Spine to compile quality data from existing and new clinics in the network in such a way that internal and external benchmarks can be implemented and communicated.
