Corporate Governance usually refers to the rules and structures that are built up to control and lead a limited liability company in an efficient and controlled way.
As of 1 July 2008 all companies listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm shall apply the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance ("The Code").
Global Health Partner was listed on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm on 3 October 2008 and, in accordance with the Transitional Regulations of the revised Swedish Code of Corporate Governance ("The Code"), began to apply the said code at the time of the first Annual General Meeting held after 1 January 2009.
