Auditor

The Company’s auditor is Ernst & Young AB which was elected as auditing Company at the extraordinary general meeting held on 9 June 2008, for the time until the end of the annual general meeting 2012.

The Company has no deputy auditors. Sven-Arne Gårdh is appointed as audit partner in charge. Sven-Arne Gårdh is a member of the FAR-SRS (the institute for the accountancy profession in Sweden).
