Corporate Governance

Corporate governance in Global Health Partner AB (publ) is founded on Swedish legislation and the Regulations for Issuers published by the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm ("Stockholm Stock Exchange"), including the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance ("The Code").

Global Health Partner was listed on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm on 3 October 2008 and, in accordance with the Transitional Regulations of the revised Swedish Code of Corporate Governance ("The Code"), began to apply the said code at the time of the first Annual General Meeting held after 1 January 2009.

The Code is built on the "follow or explain" principle, which means that companies applying the Code may deviate from individual regulations but must then provide an explanation for the deviation. Global Health Partner’s corporate governance work is described when applicable in the Corporate Governance Report, in its Annual Report and on the website under Corporate Governance Report.
