Organisation
Global Health Partner's organisation is a combination of the independent clinics and their Boards, along with the company's central functions that contain control mechanisms and project resources. With independent clinics fast decisions can be taken, creating energy and enthusiasm. The ownership commitment of key personnel serves to drive development even further forward.

One of Global Health Partner's strategic cornerstones is having a decentralised business model with independent clinics and a small central organisation. Steering and control is conducted through corporate governance and a programme of results follow-up. The central organisation offers expertise and services within areas such as business development, management functions, property issues, marketing and agreement processes. For specific projects and services that fall outside the remit of that provided from an ownership perspective, the clinics themselves can decide whether they want to purchase services from Global Health Partner, who will then invoice at commercial rates, or procure services externally. The effect of only supplying services clinics ask for is reflected in low central costs, making clinics more competitive. This model promotes both financial and commercial quality in tandem with good management practices.
Financial services and solutions for both organic and acquisition-based expansion can also be provided.
The central resources are made up of Service Line managers, specialist functions and management resources. The clinics are stand-alone entities, with full responsibility for quality, organic growth and profitability. If a clinic is unable to maintain quality levels or deliver the necessary profitability, Global Health Partner's central resources will be made available to implement an appropriate action plan in conjunction with clinic management.
The company has adopted a few selected regulations in order to meet the demand imposed as the result of its share listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Further regulations may be introduced in areas where such action may create value or if required from time to time in the area in which Global Health Partner operates. However, it is important that this does not create inertia in terms of implementing decisions or detracts from the clinics' energy and enthusiasm for driving their own businesses forward. Global Health Partner's central organisation is a flat organisation, where a majority of the work takes place in well defined projects with a dedicated project team. In these projects, resources work together with Service Line managers and the clinic CEO and management. In order to reach planned future growth within each Service Line, the resources linked to each Service Line will increase slightly over time. For the most part, governance takes place through each clinic's Board of Directors.
