Network
Increased value is built from network synergies achieved within the organisation as a whole.
Thanks to its organisational structure, Global Health Partner can add value to clinics through specific projects, where work carried out for a particular clinic is also invoiced to that clinic. In addition, increased value is built from network synergies achieved within the organisation as a whole. Examples of such synergies include:
Quality and efficiency
Comparing processes and key ratios between clinics in each Service Line is a driver of clinic quality and efficiency. A certain amount of competition will drive development, and Global Health Partner encourages this process by work with publishing monthly key ratios and comparison reports, Board work, staging inter-clinic exchange programmes and implementing incentive structures that encourage collaboration, efficiency and quality development.
Status, recognition, brand and communication
Global Health Partner clinics have a shared brand, which stands for high quality, specialisation, credibility and the image of Scandinavia. This brand shall help clinics attract patients, skilled staff and delivery agreements. Credibility is strengthened through collaborations with universities and leading hospitals.
IT
Global Health Partner needs the expertise to set up a good IT infrastructure, particularly in those clinics started by the company. A good IT system is also essential for the development of the network within each Service Line and for comparisons of efficiency and quality. The company does not have an in-house IT department to handle this, instead choosing to build up knowledge and contacts with suppliers of a variety of systems.
Market contacts, clinical management work and tender processes
The clinics within the network have access to significant resources in terms of skills and experience of the best way of managing a clinic and the criteria are in place for good ideas to be disseminated rapidly. In addition to its own direct contact, each clinic also has access to decision makers and payers through the management teams of both Global Health Partner and the other clinics in the network. This increases the potential for securing good agreements and to drive development in respect of the requirements to be imposed on suppliers, etc.
Financing
Global Health Partner can finance development project either through the financial market or by using its own resources. In addition, Global Health Partner is able to assist clinics in finding the best financing structure for their requirements.
Property issues
Global Health Partner can help clinics with various types of property issue such as financing, design, project management and rental agreements. The network also possesses a significant depth of knowledge of investment in medical equipment.
