Born 1953. Chairman of the Board since 4 May 2011 and member of the Board since 29 April 2010. Appointed Executive Chairman of Unilabs in Geneva in 2007. Worked for Capio in Gothenburg (2002-2007) and was the Group’s CEO during the final year and also had important roles in various European countries, including CEO for the French business. CEO of New Generations Holding in Switzerland (2000-2001), Unilabs SA in Geneva (1989-1999). Solid financial background, held leading key positions during the 1980s at Creditwest, Wedge Bank and Independent Finance in Switzerland. Paul has a BA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

President and CEO of Capio AB (1993–2005). Extensive industry and commercial experience from international paper & pulp and chemical & biotech companies. M.Sc. Engineering Physics, Chalmers University of Technology.

Business development director at Capio AB until 2005. M.A. degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Massey University.

Group CEO at Kid Interiör, ran her own consultancy business in Organisational and Leadership Development, CEO at Inter IKEA Systems A/S, Business Area Manager at IKEA of Sweden and Regional Manager at H&M. Graduated in Law at the University of Uppsala.

Born 1958. Member of the Board since 4 May 2011. CEO at Unfors Instruments AB, a fast-growing global medical technology company with Gothenburg as its base. Long career in the healthcare sector and has spent his career in senior positions in fast-growing companies such as Mölnlycke, Nobel Biocare and Capio. M.Sc. in Business and Economics, University of Gothenburg.

Born 1967. Member of the Board since 4 May 2011. Member of the Board of Biotage AB, Carmel Pharma AB, Neoventa Medical AB, Memira AB and Vårdapoteken AB. Managing Director at Investor Growth Capital since 2002 and has amongst other things been responsible for the investments in Swedish Orphan and Entific Medical Systems. Private equity at ABN AMRO Capital and Corporate Finance at Handelsbanken Markets for ten years.
